We offer shipping options and delivery costs are based on the total weight of the order. You will be notified of shipping fees via email by our team.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within three (3) business days. Items in stock will be delivered upon confirmation and payment of shipping fees. Pre-order items will take 6-8 weeks to produce and deliver. For all your after-sales enquiries, we have a dedicated team of experts available to assist you.
RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Our products are handcrafted and custom-made. Upon successful completion of an order, we do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges. We do understand that, sometimes, mishandling of items can result in damages during transit, so we will allow exchanges on a case-by-case basis.

In order to ensure that each item is delivered in good and excellent condition, our packing and delivery team carefully packs each item. As part of our delivery process, we work closely with shipping forwarders to make sure your items are delivered on time.
